For immigrants or employers who hire employees originating from another country, CorpHealth can perform the required immigration physicals in accordance with the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).  Individuals applying for citizenship, seeking Permanent Residency, or a Green Card are required to obtain an immigration physical prior to approval of their application.  CorpHealth is INS (USCIS) Authorized to perform immigration physicals.

CorpHealth's civil surgeons can help you complete your I-693 Exam.  Civil surgeons are responsible for ensuring that all of the required components of the I-693 form have been completed.  The civil surgeon will record the exam results on Form I-693 for the applicant to return to the USCIS (INS).

Each evaluation includes an examination performed according to the medical guidelines established by the USCIS and Centers for Disease Control; all required laboratory testing; TB testing and interpretation; and completion of all the necessary paperwork.  If necessary, vaccinations and chest x-rays are performed for an additional fee.

Our USCIS Designated Civil Surgeons are experienced with the medical requirements of these examinations.  It is mandatory that immigration physicals are completed by a Designated Civil Surgeon so the exam will be valid.  To accommodate cultural preferences, male and female Designated Civil Surgeons are available.
